RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You can return/exchange any order within 5 days from the date of delivery, No Questions Asked! Just simply ship it back to us. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (Return charges may apply).

Only the products in the ‘Daily Deals’ list are NOT eligible for return or refund.

Once the product is received in our facility we will refund you via bank transfer or online store credit. In case you would like to exchange your order for another product you can use the online store credit and pay the balance, if any, by any other mode of payment (or simply place a fresh order!)

WRONG OR DAMAGED ORDER

While these cases are extremely rare, however, if you do receive a wrong or a damaged product, please ensure that you contact our Care Department at +91-9820078070 or shoot us an email at customercare@ziplinebags.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. In such cases, we would request you to courier the product to us, we will reimburse the courier charges via bank transfer or online store credit.
